Interest Rate Module
This module provides clients with a comprehensive
Treasury & Financial Risk Management program that accounts for changes in interest and foreign exchange rates, which
can affect the future cashflows, the financial structure and the corporate risk profile of an organization.
In this module, the following financial instruments are covered:
Forward Rate Agreement (FRAs) is a financial agreement between two parties,
involving forward interest rates.
Swaps can be thought of as an exchange, physically or effectively, of
a financial instrument with one set of characteristics for another financial instrument with a
different set of characteristics.
Caps/Floors/Digitals are financial instruments designed to provide insurance for
floating rate payers against rising/falling interest rates.
Swaptions or swap options are options on interest rate swaps.
Fixed Income are typically long-dated debt instruments that allow its issuers to raise capital.
CashFlow Analysis analyses cashflows
belonging to financial instruments that do not
fall into the common categories found in any of the other
